A few weeks ago I was sick and since than I have been so out of it. The week I was sick I didn't want to do anything except lay on the couch and binge watch Netflix and indeed, I did. I stopped waking up at 7 a.m. to get my morning workout in and I could definitly tell a change in my body. When I workout I feel energized and motivated to get things done, when I don't work out I feel so hopeless and lazy. Last week I got back into my routine and trying to get myself up at 7 a.m. every morning again was no joke—for awhile I kept hitting the snooze button till 8, but hey, I got myself up and my morning workout in.
I also thought only having classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays would leave me with a bunch of extra time on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays but I was so wrong. Being up at 7 definitly leaves me with time in the morning to start on some homework or clean up, but even than I'm doing my internship from 9-1, dog walking for an hour, then some days going to work at 5. So I'm trying to cram everything in a day while still wanting that me time to just lounge on the couch with a glass of wine—it's a struggle. I somehow manage to make it work though and I'm so happy I got some blogging done for this week!
